According to Yonhap News, the global travel data company Yanolja conducted a ‘Y-Kids Camp’ for the children of its employees during the summer vacation period to help reduce the burden of childcare for its employees. A total of 40 children of Yanolja and its subsidiary employees participated in the camp, which took place on July 7th and 14th.
The participating children visited the Yanolja office to experience their parents’ workplace and participated in play programs based on design thinking to learn creative problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial spirit. The families also watched a video message made by intertwining messages and family photos they sent to each other in the in-house showroom. Additionally, they watched a magic show, learned magic tricks, and created special memories together.
Yanolja also offers the annual ‘Y-Family’ program through joint founder sponsorship. Apart from the Y-Kids Camp, they support cultural and leisure activities for employees’ families through programs such as ‘Remind Wedding Shoot’ and ‘Y-Family Festival’.
