, ‘According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the morning of the 17th, the accumulated precipitation as of 7 a.m. was 269.0 mm in Panmunjom, Paju, 148.3 mm in Munsan, Paju, and 127.0 mm in Baekhak, Yeoncheon. In Munsan-eup, Paju, 100.9 mm of rain fell per hour, and in the Panmunjom area, 86.0 mm of rain poured down per hour. Paju, Yeoncheon, Pocheon, Yangju, and Dongducheon are under heavy rain warnings, while Namyangju, Yangju, and Gapyeong are under heavy rain advisories.’,
