‘Lexus LM 500h’, the flagship MPV, begins pre-contracting at 148 million won.

Lexus Korea announced on the 3rd that it has started pre-contracts for the flagship multipurpose vehicle (MPV) “The All New LM 500h” in the domestic market. The All New LM 500h, scheduled to be released on July 24, is a second-generation model that was first unveiled in April last year. The LM, which stands for ‘Luxury Mover,’ was developed to provide a moving space for customers pursuing a luxury lifestyle. The vehicle is based on the GA-K platform and is equipped with a 2.4L inline 4-cylinder turbo engine and a hybrid system with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The ‘Direct4’ four-wheel drive system with ‘Electric ALl-wheel Control’ applied to the rear wheels independently controls the driving force of the front and rear wheels according to driving conditions. Prices start at 148 million won for the 6-seater Executive grade and 196 million won for the 4-seater Royal grade. Kang Dae-hwan, Vice President of Lexus Korea, stated, “We are launching The All New LM 500h, which has a comfortable ride, convenience, and spaciousness to meet the increasingly diverse lifestyles. We ask for your high expectations and interest in the luxury flagship MPV that Lexus is newly proposing for VIPs for whom every moment is important.”
