During the “Yoon Seok-yeol Administration 2nd Year National Report and Press Conference” held at the Blue House in Yongsan today (9th), President Yoon mentioned, “Every country has been providing maximum support to semiconductor companies within the limits allowed by financial conditions to enhance the international competitiveness of their domestic industries.”
President Yoon also addressed criticism regarding tax reductions for large corporations and the wealthy, stating that the government pursued tax incentives to strengthen the competitiveness of semiconductor companies. He emphasized the intention to enhance support to prevent domestic companies from falling behind in international competitiveness.
