HLB Group plans to hold a series of events where it will introduce the business and strategy of its listed subsidiaries to shareholders and investors in one place.
HLB Group announced on the 16th that it would host the “2026 HLB Group Corporate Presentation (IR) Day” for institutional investors and analysts at the Korea Exchange in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, on the 2nd of next month. On the 9th of the same month, a combined shareholder meeting will be held at the Korea Federation of SMEs in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
HLB annually explains the company’s current issues and future direction through one or two official shareholder meetings. Last year, this was expanded to shareholder meetings for each subsidiary, and starting this year, it has been further expanded to a group-wide integrated shareholder meeting involving 10 listed companies. The company explained that this is to help shareholders understand the business strategies of subsidiaries interlinked at the group level and grasp the current business status of individual listed companies.
At these two events, representatives from 10 listed companies within the group, including HLB, HLB Life Science, HLB Pharmaceutical, HLB Innovation, HLB Therapeutics, HLB Global, HLB Biostep, HLB Panagene, HLB Genex, and HLB Pep, will all be present. They will share the current status of each subsidiary’s core business, the progress of major pipelines, and future growth strategies. During the subsequent Q&A session, they will respond to questions from investors and shareholders and exchange views.
HLB Group plans to regularly hold the integrated shareholder meeting and IR Day twice a year to establish a continuous communication system with investors and shareholders.
Jung Hee-young, Director of HLB Group’s Communication Team, stated, “HLB has continuously conducted official and unofficial shareholder meetings over the past 10 years, communicating its management philosophy, issues, and future plans with shareholders, thereby gaining their trust.” She added, “Especially with many significant events planned at the group level from April to September, we will strive to expand the breadth of communication and understanding, enhance shareholder trust, and improve shareholder value.”
