**Open Development Approach Adopted; Gameplay Videos Can Be Shared**
Krafton has announced that they will conduct a community test for “Project Zeta,” developed by Nirvana Studio, and are recruiting participants starting from the 28th.
“Project Zeta” is an action multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game. In the game, three players form a team, and a total of five teams (15 players) compete on one battlefield with the objective of securing an item called “Prism.”
The core elements of fun include game design focused more on quick decision-making and teamwork rather than aiming skills, fast-paced gameplay lasting around 20 minutes, and “Prism Play,” which increases the frequency and intensity of battles without lane battles. The game supports cross-play between PC and console.
The community test, set to begin on February 4, will be conducted through the game distribution platform Steam, and applications are being accepted via the official pre-registration page for Project Zeta. Any gamer who enjoys the MOBA genre and strategy action games can apply.
A notable feature of this test is the introduction of the “open development” approach. Project Zeta allows gamers to freely test and share or broadcast gameplay videos without any confidentiality agreements. The development team plans to transparently share the test results with the community and incorporate feedback, completing the game together with the gamers.
Nam-seok Kim, Nirvana’s CEO, stated, “This community test reflects Nirvana’s development philosophy of completing the game together with the gamers,” and added, “We will closely listen to the voices of gamers and, based on this, create a new standard in action MOBA. We ask for your active participation and support.”
