Samsung Electronics officially launches ‘Galaxy Crew 2026’ to strengthen communication with the generation in their 10s and 20s.

On the 9th, Samsung held the launching ceremony for ‘Galaxy Crew 2026’ at Samsung Gangnam, the company announced on the 13th.

‘Galaxy Crew 2026’ consists of 70 creators from 11 fields including sports, fashion, gaming, beauty, and dance, with an activity period of about one year.

The Galaxy Crew will create and introduce content such as videos and images showcasing their use and know-how of Galaxy products in their diverse lifestyles. They plan to present content on social media that reflects the experiences of using Galaxy’s artificial intelligence (AI) functions in everyday life, targeting the 1020 generation.

To support the content creation of Galaxy Crew, Samsung Electronics will offer various benefits, including the provision of the latest Galaxy mobile products, invitations to product launch events, opportunities to participate in performances and exhibitions, and collaborations on social media content with Samsung Electronics.

Additionally, separate training sessions will be conducted to help the Galaxy Crew better utilize Galaxy products and AI functions throughout the entire content planning and production process.

The Galaxy Crew was operated on a trial basis with about 20 members in 2024 and about 60 in 2025. From this year, Samsung Electronics decided to officially operate Galaxy Crew 2026 to communicate with more Galaxy fans and effectively convey the value of Galaxy.

During last year’s trial operation, Galaxy Crew created and shared approximately 4,000 pieces of content, achieving a cumulative view count of 90 million and recording 110,000 comments. The number of followers for Galaxy Crew members also increased by over 160,000 during the activity period.

Jang So-yeon, Vice President of Samsung Electronics Korea, stated, “We will continue to collaborate with various creators to expand brand experiences with content that resonates with the 1020 generation.”
