ITCEN Global, a subsidiary of the ITCEN Group, and ITCEN Cloit have demonstrated the group’s strength by both receiving awards at a ceremony organized by the Korea Software Industry Association (KOSA).
On the 17th of December, during the 2025 KOSA Member Year-End Party, ITCEN Global received the ‘Grand Prize for ESG Management in AI·SW Companies,’ while ITCEN Cloit was awarded the ‘Member of the Year Award in Policy and System Improvement,’ as announced on the 18th.
This marks the second consecutive year that ITCEN Global has received recognition, following ITCEN CTS (formerly Comtec System) last year, acknowledging the group’s efforts in spreading an ESG management culture.
ITCEN Group has been systematically implementing ESG management across its key subsidiaries over recent years, refining ESG governance throughout the group. They have established a self-sustaining management system based on ESG self-diagnosis, comprising strategy and execution tasks followed by a cycle of ‘education-check-reporting to management,’ which has reportedly increased execution capabilities.
This year, they published their first ‘Integrated Sustainability Management Report,’ transparently sharing their ESG strategy and major achievements with stakeholders. This moves ESG activities from mere promotion to substantial integration into management practices.
In the social (S) area, the group is practicing ‘people-centered management.’ They are fostering an organizational culture that respects diversity and inclusion among employees, expanding employment for people with disabilities, and operating family-friendly systems to fulfill social responsibilities. These efforts have led key subsidiaries to obtain family-friendly company certifications, showcasing tangible results.
Furthermore, they are fostering a win-win ecosystem by creating a fair trade environment and enhancing partner capabilities. They are also driving collaborative growth across the IT industry through technological cooperation with innovative startups.
ITCEN Cloit received the ‘Member of the Year Award (Policy System Improvement)’ for contributing to the development of a healthy ecosystem and policy advancements in the software industry. The company has actively voiced the on-ground opinions to inform policies and has led the charge in laying institutional foundations for the activation of the cloud and SW industries.
Through its subsidiaries, ITCEN Group is achieving both the internalization of ESG management (ITCEN Global) and industrial policy advancement (ITCEN Cloit), guiding sustainable growth in the IT industry.
Kang Jin-mo, Chairman of ITCEN Group, expressed his delight, stating, “I am very pleased that the group’s subsidiaries have reaped results by striving for technological innovation and industrial development from their respective positions,” and added, “Going forward, ITCEN Group will fulfill its social responsibilities, foster transparency in management, and pave the way for a sustainable future through policy cooperation based on AI and SW technologies.”
