**Tiori LLM Security and AI Defense Technology-based AI Security Solution Business Partnership MOU**
Tiori, a company specializing in offensive cybersecurity, and Posco DX have announced on the 1st their intention to commercialize the application of AI security systems to respond to security threats in the age of AI transformation (AX).
The two companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for ‘AI Security Solution Business Partnership and Cooperation’ at Posco DX’s Pangyo office on the 28th.
Through this collaboration, the two firms plan to establish a cooperative framework for internal and external business related to AI security solutions to meet the security needs of the AX era. Specifically, they will cooperate in the external sale, setup, and operation of AI security solutions, supply and operation of solutions for Tiori’s affiliates and Posco Group companies, and development necessary for the maintenance and advancement of AI security solutions. Notably, Posco DX intends to use Tiori’s LLM security solution ‘AlphaPrism (αprism)’ and AI-based defense technologies to counter security risks encountered when utilizing generative AI such as large language models (LLM).
Kim Mi-young, Posco DX’s IT Business Manager, stated, “In an era where AI adoption is accelerating, AI security has become an essential component for sustainable innovation in enterprises. We will build an AI security system that can be applied to various industrial sectors by adding AI security solutions to the operational know-how that has been responsible for the security of industrial sites including steelworks and the Posco Group.”
Se-jun Park, CEO of Tiori, commented, “The proliferation of AI-based technology is creating new attack vectors, and companies need a different level of security strategy than before. Meanwhile, Tiori provides security consulting to major domestic and international companies and institutions, including Google, Microsoft, Okta, and Samsung Electronics.
