The KOSPI reached a new all-time high, surpassing the 3,770 mark during intraday trading, and the KOSDAQ also rose in tandem.

On the 17th, the domestic stock market switched to an upward trend, breaking the all-time high once again. It surpassed the previous day’s (16th) record high of 3,748.37 in just one day.

As of 10:15 a.m. on the 17th, the KOSPI is at 3,762.87, up 14.50 points (0.39%) from the previous trading day. The index started at 3,732.76, down 15.61 points (0.42%) in the early session and fell to 3,722.07, showing weakness, but strongly rebounded from 9:45 a.m.

Afterward, it continued to rise, reaching as high as 3,764.96 and even breaking through the 3,770 mark at one point during the session.

Meanwhile, at the same time, the KOSDAQ index is at 868.51, up 3.10 points (0.36%) from the previous session. It started at 862.71 but switched to an upward trend at a similar point to the KOSPI, maintaining its upward momentum.
