KT Cloud, Specializing in Finance, E-commerce, and Manufacturing, Signs AI Foundry MOU with 5 Companies

Strategic Partnership with Allganize, Enhance, Sage, Spink, MongoDB: On the 26th, KT Cloud announced the expansion of its partnership for the ‘AI Foundry’ to cooperate in vertical AI business.

To achieve this, on the 25th, KT Cloud signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at its headquarters with five promising AI companies: Allganize, Enhance, Sage, Spink, and MongoDB.

The signing ceremony was attended by key representatives from each company, including Gong Yong-jun, head of KT Cloud, Lee Won-gang, deputy representative of Allganize, Kim Do-kyun, CAIO of Enhance, Hong Young-seok, CEO of Sage, Go Kyung-min, CEO of Spink, and Kim Han-seok, General Manager of MongoDB, to discuss cooperation strategies.

The global AI market is rapidly shifting from general-purpose AI to vertical AI, focused on supporting industry-specific automation and problem-solving in sectors such as finance and manufacturing. In line with this trend, the six companies will provide optimized AI agents and models for sectors such as finance (Allganize), e-commerce (Enhance), and manufacturing and industrial safety (Sage) based on the KT Cloud AI Foundry.

Additionally, by collaborating with Spink, which provides data construction, consulting, and evaluation services, they aim to enhance the reliability and effectiveness of AI utilization. They also plan to offer stable database (DB) services capable of managing real-time structured and unstructured data with MongoDB.

KT Cloud will support the development of tailored AI models by reflecting each company’s unique industrial data, regulations, and workflows through the AI Foundry platform. Furthermore, aligned with government policy and regulatory improvements to promote vertical AI, they plan to actively support partners’ entry into the public market by obtaining CSAP certification.

Since officially launching the AI Foundry business in May, KT Cloud plans to release ‘RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Suite’ in September. This service supports customers in easily and quickly building a RAG system and is expected to become a standard engine for data integration and expansion with AI agents.

KT Cloud aims to continuously provide a differentiated ‘Agentic RAG’ experience by combining high-quality knowledge data from the RAG Suite with industry-specific automation solutions.

Gong Yong-jun, head of KT Cloud, stated, “Through this collaboration, we will combine each company’s technology and experience to drive AI-based innovation in major domestic industries and create new business opportunities. Moving forward, we will accelerate the AI transformation across both private and public sectors with various vertical AI leading companies centered around the KT Cloud AI Foundry and lead the development of the domestic AI ecosystem.”
