SKT “T Membership Discounts in Japan and Vietnam…Half-price Admission to Tourist Attractions”

“SK Telecom announced on the 1st that it will be hosting a ‘T Membership Global Travel Special Benefits Check-in’ event from this month through October, offering new benefits each month for five popular travel destinations among Koreans.”

“The target countries are Japan (Osaka, Fukuoka, Yufuin), Indonesia (Bali), Guam, Vietnam (Nha Trang, Phu Quoc), and Thailand (Bangkok). Discounts will be available for famous local restaurants and tourist attractions often visited by Koreans.”

“SK Telecom is the only telecom membership program that provides benefits abroad. It operates in 9 regional categories, offering specialized benefits at over 260,000 overseas affiliates. Just like in Korea, users can easily receive discount benefits abroad by showing the T Membership barcode.”

“This month, the events will be held in Osaka and Fukuoka, Japan. In Osaka, users can get a 50% discount on admission to the Abeno Harukas 300 observatory. At the ‘Takoyaki Market,’ known for its delicious takoyaki, users can receive one free takoyaki and a 50% discount on drinks.”

“T Membership can also be used when traveling in Fukuoka and Yufuin. At the ‘Oga Pharmacy’ in Fukuoka, shoppers can receive a 500 yen discount and a complimentary ‘Rest Time’ product. At the famous ramen restaurant ‘Tomato Ramen,’ users can get a free order of tomato ramen and an after-meal risotto at all Fukuoka locations.”

“In September, the benefits will extend to Guam and Bali, Indonesia, while in October, they will be available in Nha Trang and Phu Quoc, Vietnam, and Bangkok, Thailand. Benefit information for September and October will be available on the 1st of each respective month through the T Membership app or website.”
