On the July 31st broadcast of the JTBC variety show ‘Divorce Consideration Camp’, the story of a wife who had an affair with her friend’s husband while claiming she loved him deeply was revealed, sparking public outrage.
The couple on the show was dealing with a crisis in their marriage due to the wife’s shocking infidelity. Despite having had a relationship with her husband’s close friend, who was also the husband of a pregnant woman, the wife defended herself by saying, “We were just like brother and sister,” and insisted they were not actually dating, maintaining a brazen attitude.
The husband expressed his trauma, saying, “I even saw photos and videos. I can’t erase them from my mind,” and conveyed his sense of betrayal, stating, “It made me feel like a complete fool.” However, the wife seemed to avoid taking responsibility, claiming, “Where the body goes, the heart follows,” and expressed her loneliness while also stating, “I believe obsession is love,” which left the scene in shock.
It was further revealed that even after the incident, the two matched couple rings and went on a trip together, deepening the viewers’ shock. The husband admitted, “I can no longer face my friend,” unable to hold back his emotions, while the wife claimed, “I feel a lot of guilt towards my friend,” though her demeanor lacked sincerity, eliciting even greater anger.
