Lee Myung-soon, the CEO of SGI Seoul Guarantee, stated, “We have established a dedicated center with the determination to compensate every single case of damage, and plan to take responsible follow-up actions.” He further stated, “We will continue to do our utmost to minimize customer inconvenience and damage by fully committing to customer service.”
