On the episode of MBC’s ‘Radio Star’ airing on the 16th, special guests Jang Keun-suk, Lee Hong-gi, Soobin, and Kim Shin-young will appear under the theme ‘World Class, You Can Only See Me.’.
Lee Hong-gi reminisces about a time he ranked unfavorably after honestly evaluating Japanese food on a Japanese show. He says, “It became a controversy among fans after that day.”
In response, Jang Keun-suk mentions “That’s all with additional explanation,” shedding light on the real reason Lee became unpopular, drawing attention.
Lee Hong-gi reveals, “Since childhood, I’ve suffered from suppurative hidradenitis and underwent surgery eight times.” He shares candidly about the complexes stemming from this illness and how he overcame them. He also humorously mentions, “I’ve even become an ambassador for skin disease awareness.”
When told he resembles Jang Keun-suk, Lee joked, “If you’re tall, you’re Jang Keun-suk; if you sing well, you’re me,” causing everyone to laugh.
Lee Hong-gi introduces his YouTube channel cover song project ‘Monthly FT,’ explaining, “I plan and film videos every month.” One of the cover songs, ‘Running Through the Storm,’ recorded 5 million views, becoming a hot topic.
Expressing his love for band music, he humorously appeals to his agency by saying, “I want to create a rock festival myself. If you’re going to help, help properly.”
