A model from SK Telecom is seen using the real-time summary feature of the web version of ‘Note’ by A. (AI Service). SK Telecom announced that the Note service, which was introduced in a beta version on their AI service A., surpassed 300,000 cumulative users just a week after its launch.
The ‘Note’ by A. is a service that transcribes and summarizes audio in real time using AI. Even after recording ends, the AI easily organizes key points into summaries, meeting minutes, lecture notes, etc., tailored to the intended use.
In particular, Note by A. converts voice information into text in real-time, allowing users to immediately see recorded content on their screens even during recordings.
Additionally, even if some meeting content is missed, the real-time summary feature helps users find the necessary content by summarizing information at set intervals.
Users have expressed their desire for additional features like template diversification, expanded foreign language support, and extended recording time for the ‘Note’ service. SK Telecom plans to quickly incorporate these suggestions to release a full version that maximizes user convenience in the second half of this year.
The company stated, “With the increasing trend of automatically summarizing meetings or lectures using AI, we expect Note by A. to play a significant role,” adding that “we will continue to introduce AI-based services that can provide practical help to our customers.”
