The client became pregnant while living with her then-boyfriend with marriage in mind 40 years ago. However, as conflicts deepened over hastening the wedding, the man left, saying only “get rid of the child.” After giving birth alone, she lived in a small room attached to a friend’s shop and helped with work, but it was tough to support herself while taking care of a newborn. In the end, the client sent her daughter for adoption to the girl’s uncle, who was the brother of her past lover. The uncle, who had been injured in sports during his youth and couldn’t have children, was believed by her to raise the child with love.
Years later, the client discovered a child who looked exactly like her daughter, with the same age and background, adopted into a neighborhood clothing store.
