Kang Daniel Apologizes for Using Profanity During Recording… Upset Over Close Friend’s Love Affair (Tamby)

‘The Secrets of Detectives’ received a request to find a daughter sent for adoption 40 years ago, touching the hearts of viewers. As the ‘Daily Detective’ Kang Daniel watched, a shocking true story was revealed where a wife with an azoospermic husband committed adultery with her husband’s close friend and got pregnant.

On the 16th episode of Channel A’s ‘The Secrets of Detectives’, within ‘Detective 24 Hours’, there appeared a request to find a daughter born out of wedlock by a single mother before marriage. The client became pregnant while living with her then-boyfriend with marriage in mind 40 years ago. However, as conflicts deepened over hastening the wedding, the man left, saying only “get rid of the child.” After giving birth alone, she lived in a small room attached to a friend’s shop and helped with work, but it was tough to support herself while taking care of a newborn. In the end, the client sent her daughter for adoption to the girl’s uncle, who was the brother of her past lover. The uncle, who had been injured in sports during his youth and couldn’t have children, was believed by her to raise the child with love.

Years later, the client discovered a child who looked exactly like her daughter, with the same age and background, adopted into a neighborhood clothing store. She spent 20 years doubting, “Could the uncle have sent her for re-adoption?” but when the child became an adult, a DNA test showed ‘no genetic match.’ Yoo In-na sympathized, saying, “Just like when lovers break up, if you miss someone too much, everyone seems like that person; perhaps that was how the client felt.” The father-son detective team began inquiries at the address where the uncle lived. They then received shocking news that “the uncle had passed away long ago.” Whether they can find the client’s real daughter, separated for 40 years, continues next week on ‘The Secrets of Detectives’.

In the true story reenactment segment ‘Case Notebook’ with Daily Detective Kang Daniel, a man approached the detective team saying, “I have azoospermia, but my wife is pregnant.” When the protagonist questioned the wife, she confessed, “I was raped and became pregnant.” However, a friend of the wife told the team, “Before marriage, she was supported by many men, and now she supports young men with the lawyer husband’s money.” The protagonist then filed for divorce citing adultery. However, the wife shamelessly claimed, “He deceived me by hiding his azoospermia and tricked me into marriage.”

The shocking revelation was that the wife’s lover and the father of her child was the protagonist’s close lawyer friend. Furthermore, he was handling the protagonist’s divorce case and passed evidence against the protagonist to the other side. Defconn expressed his anger saying, “Do you want to do that with your friend’s wife?” Eventually, the confidant was disciplined and fired for violating the attorney law, and the wife had to pay alimony and got divorced. Kang Daniel showed his remarkable deductive reasoning by suspecting the close friend as the adulterous partner from the start. As the wife’s past and the adultery story with the protagonist’s friend were revealed one by one, he exclaimed “This is crazy” under his breath, and then promptly apologized with “Oops, I’m sorry,” which evoked laughter.
