“In Seocho-gu, Banpo-dong, the ‘Raemian One Bailey’ apartment’s ‘national standard size’ (exclusive area 84㎡) has exceeded 2 billion won per pyeong (3.3㎡).

The supply area price is about 2.06 billion won per pyeong (3.3㎡).
This is the first time an apartment with an 84㎡ exclusive area has exceeded 2 billion won per 3.3㎡.
From January to February of this year, the transaction price for the same area ranged from 5.2 billion to 5.5 billion won.
The last transaction was on the 20th and 22nd of last month, where the 84.95㎡ (3rd floor) and 84.98㎡ (29th floor) types were each contracted for 5.5 billion won, indicating an increase of 1.5 billion won in about ten days.

Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, where Raemian One Bailey is located, has seen a steady increase in prices recently due to demand for a ‘prime single property’ and the lifting of the land transaction permission zone last month.
Meanwhile, according to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s disclosure on the 13th, the most expensive apartment in the nation this year is ‘Eterno Cheongdam’ in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, with a public price of 20.06 billion won for an exclusive area of 464.11㎡.”
