[TV Report=Yoo Jae-hee] Actor Yoo Seung-ho is taking on a new challenge by working part-time at a restaurant in a new variety show.
Debuting on April 19th, JTBC’s reality show ‘The Competition! Paeng Bong Paeng Bong’ will depict a fierce business showdown as Paeng Hyun-sook and Lee Bong-won open restaurants on a remote island abroad, taking their culinary skills to the next level.
The first teaser video titled ‘Customer Attraction Battle’ reveals these two restaurant owners trying to attract tourists amidst a beach setting with their enthusiastic promotional efforts. Paeng Hyun-sook draws attention with her high-pitched tones and engaging gestures, which restaurant employee Yoo Seung-ho watches with admiration. Her voice echoes on the beach as she entices customers with calls of “Korean style food” and “very very delicious.”
In contrast, Lee Bong-won showcases a charming dance with his employee Lee Eun-ji to draw in customers, eliciting amusement and raising expectations for the show, set to premiere on April 19th at 7:10 PM.
Meanwhile, Yoo Seung-ho, who debuted in the 2000 drama ‘Thorn Fish’, has proven his versatile acting skills in various works such as ‘Queen Seondeok’, ‘Master of Study’, ‘Remember’, and films like ‘The Way Home’, ‘Heart’, ‘Blind’, ‘Joseon Magician’, and ‘Seondal: The Man Who Sells the River’.
In 2022, he signed an exclusive contract with YG Entertainment, but parted ways after three years when YG ceased its actor management business. He is now under a new management company, 333.
