BMW Korea announced on the 7th that to celebrate its 30th anniversary, it will release four limited-edition vehicles available exclusively online for the month of February.
The limited-edition vehicles include the BMW 320i M Sport Pro Special Edition, BMW 520i M Sport Pro Special Edition, BMW X5 xDrive30d M Sport Pro Special Edition, and BMW 750e xDrive M Sport Individual Peridot Green Edition. These models reflect domestic customers’ preferences for interior and exterior colors and convenience features.
The BMW 320i M Sport Pro Special Edition enhances the regular 3 Series model with the M Sport Pro package. It combines a BMW TwinPower Turbo gasoline engine that delivers a maximum output of 190 horsepower with 48V mild hybrid technology. The surround view feature, highly favored by customers, is provided as a standard option.
The BMW 520i M Sport Pro Special Edition is an online-exclusive edition that applies the M Sport Pro package to the BMW 520i. It is equipped with a BMW TwinPower gasoline engine with 48V mild hybrid technology, offering a maximum output of 190 horsepower and a maximum torque of 31.6 kg·m.
The BMW X5 xDrive30d M Sport Pro Special Edition is complemented with the BMW Individual color Peridot Green and the M Sport Pro package. It features a BMW TwinPower Turbo inline 6-cylinder diesel engine that generates a maximum output of 298 horsepower and a maximum torque of 68.3 kg·m. Standard features include 48V mild hybrid technology and the rear steering function known as ‘Integral Active Steering’.
The BMW 750e xDrive M Sport Individual Peridot Green Edition is a plug-in hybrid model featuring the BMW Individual color Peridot Green. It combines a BMW TwinPower Turbo inline 6-cylinder gasoline engine with a 197-horsepower electric motor, delivering a combined system maximum output of 489 horsepower. It can travel up to 60 km on battery power alone.
Meanwhile, BMW Korea entered the domestic market in July 1995. In honor of its 30th anniversary, the company has been introducing limited editions with different concepts each month since January.
