BYD has completed the establishment of its domestic sales network… 6 dealers managing 15 locations.

BYD Korea has completed the selection of dealers for each regional area across the country. According to BYD Korea on the 17th, six companies have been selected as dealer partners responsible for the sales of BYD passenger cars: DT Networks, Samchully EV, Harmony Automobile, Vision Mobility, GNB Mobility, and SS Motors.

These six companies will be in charge of sales, after-sales service (AS), and customer relations for BYD passenger cars in Korea after the brand’s launch early next year. BYD has consistently adhered to a dealer system approach in all 99 countries and regions it has entered so far. This is to enhance the quality and completeness of customer experiences by providing correct information about electric vehicles through face-to-face interactions, helping customers to better understand them, and offering opportunities to experience electric vehicles firsthand.

Jo In-cheol, head of BYD Korea’s passenger car division, stated, “We prioritized partnering with the six companies that have the capability to provide top-level services to Korean customers,” adding, “We have completed the dealer selection phase, and detailed information about the opening of regional showrooms and service centers will be provided later.”

BYD Korea has completed the feasibility review of its passenger car brand in the domestic market and is preparing for the official launch of the BYD brand in Korea, aiming for January 2025.
