Yoo In-chon, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, “Hope for Contributions to the Development of the Tourism Industry”

‘(Seoul=News1) Reporter Yoon Seul-bin specialized in travel: The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced on the 2nd that former National Assembly member Yoon Doo-hyun has been appointed as the CEO of Grand Korea Leisure (GKL). His term is three years.
The new CEO, Yoon Doo-hyun, was appointed through the ‘Act on the Management of Public Institutions’, recommended by the ‘Public Institution Management Committee’, and was finally selected as a candidate at GKL’s extraordinary general meeting on November 25th. He assumed the role through the appointment process involving the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the President.
The new CEO has over 20 years of experience as a journalist and has held roles such as CEO of YTN Plus, Presidential Office Spokesperson, and as a member of the 21st National Assembly.
Minister Yoo In-chon stated, “Grand Korea Leisure operates Seven Luck Casino, which is exclusively for foreigners, supporting the growth of Korea’s tourism industry. I hope the new CEO, with his excellent organizational management skills and drive, will contribute not only to the development of the tourism industry in Korea but also to the realization of the social value of public enterprises.”
