KG Mobility (hereafter KGM) held the ‘KGM Best Awards’ 2024 ceremony on the 26th at its headquarters in Pyeongtaek, honoring employees and partner companies that achieved outstanding results throughout the year.
Each year, KGM selects awardees across various categories such as parts technology development and quality innovation, customer satisfaction, revenue expansion, and contributions to the company’s growth. Attendees at the event included KGM Chairman Kwak Jae-sun, senior vice chairman of the labor union Han Sang-guk, as well as partners and employees who received awards. Awardees were presented with certificates, trophies, and prizes including cash awards. Notably, the recipient of the ‘Best KGM Person’ award received an additional 4-night, 5-day work vacation.
In his congratulatory speech, KGM Chairman Kwak Jae-sun acknowledged the hard work of the awardees over the past year, expressing hope for a future where more individuals could be recognized and celebrated. He urged, “For KGM to become an even greater and more robust company next year, we need to pursue our goals with determination and passion, and move a bit faster.”
He also emphasized, “We must all strive with confidence so that KGM can grow and develop into a sustainably future-proof company that is respected in the global market.”
