In a recent broadcast of the JTBC variety show “Divorce Consideration Camp,” actress Park Ha-sun shared her struggles with her husband, actor Ryu Soo-young’s recipe development, drawing attention. On the episode aired on October 31st, the story of a couple in their eighth year of marriage, who runs a beauty academy together, was revealed. The wife, seeking a divorce, expressed dissatisfaction with her husband’s excessive control over her daily schedule, diet, and weight.
Living under her husband’s regime, where she only consumed a tofu diet, the wife questioned if she had to live without eating what she wanted forever. Her husband’s harsh response, “Then eat whatever you want and die,” left a shock.
In response, Park Ha-sun shared her own challenges with Ryu Soo-young’s cooking. She stated, “While I appreciate that my husband cooks a lot, the truth is, I’ve been eating the same food for two weeks.” She revealed that she had eaten only kkakdugi and pork cutlet for two weeks and had ramen 60 times during the ramen-themed week. She empathized with the wife’s frustration, acknowledging that one should not eat the same thing repeatedly.
Meanwhile, Park Ha-sun married actor Ryu Soo-young in January 2017 after two years of dating, and they welcomed a daughter that same year.
