(Seoul = News1) Reporter Kim Seung-jun = Naver Cloud announced on the 18th that it has launched the enterprise version of its AI-based meeting record management service ‘Clova Note’, called ‘Naver Works Clova Note’.

The enterprise version of Clova Note helps to store and analyze meeting content that occurs in business environments, assisting in the assetization of meeting data.

The newly launched ‘Naver Works Clova Note’ has significantly enhanced security features, which are of utmost importance to corporate users, by introducing a login system using corporate email addresses. In addition, it offers more advanced security features such as two-factor authentication, access IP range restrictions, and control over access terminals.

Custom features tailored to individual corporate environments have also been introduced. Companies can register industry-specific jargon and company-specific proper nouns in ‘frequently used words’ to use AI models specialized for each company.

The address book feature allows easy sharing and management of recorded files for work purposes among members, enabling smoother collaboration. The service is available on both mobile and web platforms and syncs in real time.

Naver Cloud explained, “In the future, we plan to expand the integration between the enterprise version of Clova Note and our collaboration tool Naver Works, adding various convenience features and further enhancing AI functions such as emotion recognition, automatic speaker identification, and simultaneous multilingual recognition.”
