“Fiestar’s Cheska Reveals the Behind-the-Scenes Story of Her Trip to China with ‘My Youth Buried in Korea'”

MBC’s ‘Radio Star’ Chorong explained the so-called ‘backstabbing rumors’ about leaving Korea for China while she was active as the ‘variety queen’ in the past.

On the 16th, MBC’s ‘Radio Star’ will feature a special episode titled ‘Master of Survival’ with Kim Byung-man, Kim Jaejoong, Kim Dong-joon, and Chorong.

Chorong returned to China after her contract with FIESTAR expired in the past, which led to the swirling of ‘backstabbing rumors.’ Regarding this, Chorong revealed that she went back to China to be with her family due to her parents’ older age. She also mentioned using a humorous expression, saying, “I buried my youth in Korea,” which made MC Kim Gura and others burst into laughter.

Chorong explained the process leading up to the reunion after returning to FIESTAR after six years. She stated that she decided to reunite with the members after continuously keeping in touch with them and seeing their longing eyes. She also shared that she started from live commerce ‘Mukbang’ and gathered bit by bit to be where she is now, receiving applause from everyone.

Furthermore, Chorong revealed that she resolved the copyright issue of FIESTAR’s most popular song ‘Vista’ and will remake it for activities. She expressed gratitude to singers IU, Rhymer, and Shindong Tiger in the process, raising even more curiosity about the reasons behind it.

Chorong is actively promoting without a company, sharing anecdotes such as taking a taxi alone to arrive at MBC, where she received guidance from the security guards on the 1st floor of the headquarters. She also showed a courageous attitude by focusing on Kim Jaejoong, who was shooting with her. It turns out that she was trying to appeal to Kim Jaejoong, who is an entertainment agency CEO. She highlighted FIESTAR’s ‘career-oriented’ nature, soliciting love calls from several agencies, which brought laughter.

She boldly shared her longest relationship story, revealing a two-year relationship with a famous Chinese actor who contacted her via direct message (DM), surprising everyone. Despite being careful with her words, she ultimately made everyone burst into laughter with a witty request to edit as needed.

Later, Chorong heard the news of former ‘We Got Married’ partner Jo Se-ho’s marriage through the ‘Radio Star’ MCs, sparking curiosity about her reaction.

‘Radio Star’ aired at 10:30 p.m. on that day.
