Strong rain and wind along the East Coast due to Typhoon ‘San-san’ heading towards Japan [Weather]

At night, you can feel the autumn atmosphere, but during the day, the heat is as hot as midsummer. Today (29th), the temperature in Seoul rose up to 33.5 degrees Celsius, about 5 degrees higher than the average. Tomorrow, the highest temperature will also reach 34 degrees, making it equally hot as today.

Especially in the western regions, the hot heat is accumulating. While the heat wave warning has been lifted in the East Sea coastal areas, heat wave warnings are still in effect in Seoul metropolitan area and some parts of Jeollanam-do.

Meanwhile, Typhoon ‘Jangmi’ is passing through Japan. However, it is powerful enough to have an impact on our country as well. Strong rainy winds are expected along the East Sea coast until tomorrow. The waves in the East Sea and the South Sea will be very high.

In areas where it is not raining, there will be occasional passing clouds.

Tonight, tropical nights will appear in some areas along the South Sea coast and Jeju.

The highest temperatures will reach 34 degrees in Seoul, Daejeon, and Changwon.

On Monday, rain is expected in the Seoul metropolitan area and Gangwon Province, causing the daytime temperature in Seoul to drop to 29 degrees.
